(Just a reminder that we’re out of the office until Friday, May 1st.)

A few personal shots from the Seattle trip.  First up, an image I’m really proud of:

I also really like this one…

Nic’s mom lives on Beaver Lake, which pretty much equals heaven to any kid.  He loved feeding the ducks popcorn (and stealing plenty for himself) with his Memere.

Nic’s mom is the owner of the most patient cat in the history of the world.  It’s hard to believe, but I think Prissy actually loved all the attention. If Nic wasn’t so badly allergic, we would have stolen her and brought her back to Colorado. She sat in Will’s lap for storytime, enduring many many many hugs.

One of my favorite parts of the trip was watching Will play in the hammock and sing “rockabye baby” to himself.

(Just a reminder that we’re out of the office until Friday May 1st.)

The story of Abby and Ben’s wedding is amazing.  They planned it, along with the help of their friends and family, in just 48 hours.  Abby called emailed me late Thursday, I got back to her Friday, and by Saturday night I was photographing her wedding!

Abby and Ben are such sweet and genuine people that it is no surprise that their friends, family, and church members rallied behind them to make everything come together in two days.  Their wedding was touching, sincere, and I wish them all the best!

This is a big traveling month for me–I know I just got back, but I will be visiting a certain famous and really old mouse until Friday May 1st.  (And just to warn you–I’ll be heading out again the following week for a wedding in Delaware.)

I do have two blog posts scheduled for next week, though–I know it gets too boring around here otherwise!
