{"id":2314,"date":"2009-03-18T20:39:23","date_gmt":"2009-03-19T03:39:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/realphotography.com\/blog\/?p=2314"},"modified":"2009-03-18T20:39:23","modified_gmt":"2009-03-19T03:39:23","slug":"the-more-things-change-the-more-they-stay-the-same","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.needlesandapen.com\/photography\/the-more-things-change-the-more-they-stay-the-same\/","title":{"rendered":"the more things change, the more they stay the same"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Like all mothers, I have the occasional panic attack over the passage of time and my apparent unwittingness of it.\u00a0\u00a0 It&#8217;s made a little worse by the fact that I&#8217;m an accidental working mother.\u00a0 I worry constantly that I&#8217;m missing things that I would otherwise be really noticing.\u00a0 I&#8217;m in the business of taking pictures and sometimes weeks will go by without me turning my lens on Will!<\/p>\n<p>So yesterday when Will made his first real intentional drawing (he actually set out to draw a spider, and spent MINUTES on it, which is like days in Will time), I decided it was time to unpack The Big Camera for some pictures.\u00a0\u00a0 And I left it out while he made spider after spider and spider web after spider web.
