After battling some technical issues I am back with lots of weddings and sessions, and even some personal pictures from our trip to Seattle to post this week!<\/p>\n

Nic and I spent our wedding anniversary this year photographing the start of Meredith and Zack’s marriage at The Pines at Genesse!\u00a0 With a late June wedding date, I know that we will share an anniversary date with many of our couples (Meghan and Drew<\/a> were celebrating their first anniversary that day!), and it is an honor to share it with a couple as incredible as Meredith and Zack.\u00a0 They are so fun, so loving, so perfect with one another.\u00a0 Their day was full of complete and total joy, which is the absolute BEST thing you can do to make your pictures amazing.\u00a0 We just loved their day!!<\/p>\n

There were a bunch of little things that made the day amazing.\u00a0 I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how incredible the catering was–fantastically yummy, and after dinner they set out popcorn and trail mix for snacks.\u00a0 Meredith and Zack had the best candy buffet I’ve ever seen.\u00a0 So much realllly good candy.\u00a0 And lots of my favorites–with conversation hearts and jelly bellies you really can’t go wrong!\u00a0 Meredith’s family friend offered up her house for the girls to get dressed at, and it could not have been more perfect.\u00a0 I threatened to bring all our brides there!\u00a0 And not only did she open up her home, she also created the best video to show at the reception that I’ve ever seen at a wedding.\u00a0 It was entertaining, sincere, funny…it was like a dating website commercial!\u00a0 Another favorite part of this wedding for us?\u00a0 The first look.\u00a0 Could Meredith be any cuter tip-toeing up to Zack?\u00a0 And could his joy be any sweeter?<\/p>\n
