I’d been very nervous about this session, because I knew that Aimee’s oldest son was autistic, and I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to get good portraits of him. I shouldn’t have been worried, though–he’s a very sweet boy, who, after a little time, was even flashing some smiles.

When I got home and saw these on my computer, I was thrilled and I’m happy to say that Aimee was, too! Logan has never had a professional portrait taken before, so these are his first!

a good big brother

I was so impressed with Nathan at our session. He is such a good big brother to his baby sister, and wonderfully caring with his autistic older brother. Not to mention the fact that he is a very good model…all it took was one photo to get this:
